About Us
Sidewalk Youth Organisation was established in 1989 by churches together in Scarborough. The charity focused on outreach, through detached sessions in Scarborough, with emphasis on taking the youth work to the youth!
Over the years sidewalk has evolved ,developing centre-based work, mentoring and coaching services for young people. In March 2025 we moved into our new premises, 'Sidewalk Youth Stop', where we can welcome our young people. At sidewalk, young people take the lead in all aspects of the service and develop our provision, and we are so proud of what we have all created together!
